Medications
A record of the medications you are currently on or have taken in the past
Add a Medication
- Click
the MEDICATIONS button on the side menu to go to your Medication List
page, where you can view a record of your medications.
- Click Add medication.
- Enter the medication's details. You MUST include the medication's name and type (i.e. prescription or over-the-counter). You may also want to include further information: Usage start and end dates, any additional doctor's instructions, the route (by mouth, injection, etc)...
- Click save.
Edit Medication
- Click the medication entry you wish to edit on the Medication List page.
- From the Medication Detail screen, click the Edit This Document button.
- Make your changes, then click save.
- Note that a medication entry cannot be altogether removed. If you have ceased to take the medication, add a Usage end date to the entry.
