When you login for the first time, we recommend you change your password, update your personal information and add your emergency contact information. An instructional video guiding you through the password change process can be found here.

Once your account has been connected with your clinic or health care provider, we recommend that you go to “My Account”, select “Preferences” and then select “Send me an email notification for new messages“. This will notify you via email, when you receive new messages from your clinic or health care provider.
